Matt has continually put in the effort through the years and does deserve a world belt even if it's just the ECW one that's a step in the right direction while Jeff is a spotmonkey who never had thwe motivation to improve that his brother does. Jeff gets pushed because of his uniqueness in the ring but hopefully he can stay clean after the setbacks of the suspension and the fire and keep that new focus he's had and eventually be world title worthy.
