The guy is a work horse. He works every night, and he hits up every charity, autograph session, or press conference during the day. Can a guy that does that much work for the company, and is that visual outside of the Kayfabe world from 9-11 on Monday Nights ever come across as a convincing heel?

I say no. I don't think that the WWE has anyone like Cena period. Cena is cut from a different cloth. No one seems to have the passion that he does to be as visual and outspoken as he. The WWE couldn't realistically turn Cena heel and have him be the spokesman for the company, it wouldn't work at all because no one would buy it.

Look at it like this. Cena goes to Autograph sessions all the time and does alot of promotion work for the WWE all the time. He is a Workhouse he is the perfect employee. So would it be realistic to turn Cena heel? You don't see heels doing to much promotion work usually because they're not Workhouses like Cena but still because they're heels. Cena is the biggest draw the WWE has. He sells alot of merchandise and like I said he is a Work House so could he realistically be a heel.

again go back to hulk hogan.

he was the biggest wrestling name in the world, soldout every arena he headlined. sold the most merchandise in wwf. when people thought of wrestling they thought of hulk hogan. Thats just like Cena now. and what happend with Hulk Hogan he joined the NWO. He was the biggest damn heel in the bussiness. If they want to turn Cena a heel than they need a major story like the NWO, and they need alot of good faces for cena to fued with. by the way hogan still sold the most merchandise in wcw even while the fans where booing him, so it is possible.

I don't think they could ever turn him "Hogan Heel", but I think they could turn him "Stone Cold Heel"

And just so you people know I'm looking at those two things like this.

Hogan Heel = Fans know he is heel, and he gets a mild heel reaction.
Stone Cold Heel = He has a ton of heel characteristics but still gets face crowd reactions.

I think Taker, Rey, Jeff Hardy, and HBK are the only other current stars besides Cena who I could see not really being able to get past the "Stone Cold Heel" level of Heelism. (yes I said Heelism)

wwe could get a couple fans in on cena turning heel wwe could pay those fans to let cena beat them up that coudl work
