Has proven to me that it's the cartoon wrestling of the early to mid 90's.

Ricky Ortiz is a future HEEL champion in my opinion, they need to put him on RAW and get this guy some experience. It's only a matter of time before the fans turn on this guy. Keep your eyes on him as a heel. As a face, a waste of space and time.

What does a Ricky Heel Title run have to do with ecw being cartoony?

How is ecw a cartoon? And Ricky will probably turn heel on ecw if anything.
