Well, this is a list of all the unused/jobber wrestler that never made it into the the WWE's main event or even midcard.

All do the same as punish13 and average it out.

Now in order.

1. Shelton Benjamin
2. William Regal
3. Jamie Noble
4. Kane ('03-Present)
5. Brian Kendrick
6. Funaki
7. Christian ('98-'05)
8. Booker T ('02-'07) (exclude the World Title reign he wasn't used right at all)
9. Gangrel

I can't name a list, but Shelton Benjamin is by far the most underused wrestler ever. Look at the guy, he's athletically gifted, and he can put on a show; Just look at the past 2 Money In The Bank Ladder Matches. I'd love to see him go face, and be WWE Champion.
