There is no question that before that god awful match at Wrestlemania 25 Orton had all the heat in the world. He was seen as one of the top heels in the company but now he's boring as hell. Of course if you face Cena and HHH every damn time your gonna be boring.
I was thinking after the inevitable Ted Dibiase feud and probably another chase at the WWE Championship(once he loses whenever that will be) I think moving Orton to Smackdown would be a great move. He could feud with guys like John Morrison, Jeff(if he's even still around or back yet), Rey Mysterio, and of course the ever constant Undertaker feud.
I thhink Orton would be great on a show where he has a better quality of opponents and is away from HHH and Cena. It's obvious its not good to have those three on the same show I mean just thinking about Morrison vs Orton for the WHC at some point next year is something I'd love to see...but what do you guys think?

I wouldnt mind moving him to SD, I would definitely freshen up and give him some new feuds along with allowing someone else to be the top heel on RAW like HHH, Cena or HBK.
RAW = HHH, Cena, Orton, and mostly guys that are bad attitude/influences.
SD = Jericho, Taker, Mysterio, Punk, Edge whom are guys that put people over and bulid them up.
ECW = Christian, Regal, Benjamin, Goldust whom are guys that never get a chance to show what that have in the WWE.
If Orton went to SD. He'd get bad reviews from Jericho, Taker, Mysterio, Punk (drugs), etc. etc.
So Orton going to SD would be a

wat was boring about his match at wrestlemania ? its simple no ones happy that he had such a big build up only to lose in his first mania main event. really i wanted him to win to but i didnt care that hhh won hhh hasit won a wrestlemania match sesne wrestlemania 19 so wat did it hurt for him to win nothing.
and trishocker i disagree one cena does not have a bad attuide he is a fav backstage .
taker is a big fan of ortons and he put him over so many times in there classic feud . so no i dont think anyone would give orton bad reviews.

i like to watch a brawl and orton and hhh always beat the shit outta each other which they did at mania the only reason people didnt like it cause hhh won and orton lost.
orton will have many more main event mania matchs . hhh wont im happy hhh actully won at a mania for once.
to yunis orton did very well on smackdown last time hes just better on raw . really no sesne to move him to smackdown he have no one to feud with. orton is raws top heel.
um the match just sucked irregardless of outcome it had one or two good spots but the match slow and bad. Orton could feud with Edge who will be a face, John Morrison, Jeff Hardy if he's still around and even your beloved R Truth if he's pushed. Of course Rey and Taker....so he doesn't have anyone to feud with huh?

I think that an Orton or Cena move to SD would help RAW. The title picture is stale, and I don't see HHH going back to SD. If 1 or more of the 3 main people on RAW went to SmackDown we could see more poeple pushed on RAW, but at the same time, it could have negative consequences for the younger stars on SD.

I was thinking about the negative effect it could have on the young talent. HHH, Orton, and Cena out of the three of them Orton I feel would have the least negative effect on the young talent. I think Orton's in ring ability would produce some good matches for Smackdown if he's matched up with the right people. HHH or Cena wouldn't do the same for that show.
